We're on the lookout for a talented Bridge Engineer to join our team in George. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of bridges, ensuring they're safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Your expertise will help us support vital infrastructure projects across the region.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze bridge structures using relevant software tools.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure construction adheres to design specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare detailed documentation for design processes and project updates.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay current on industry developments and materials used in bridge engineering.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to address project concerns.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
• Analyze project costs and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in civil or bridge engineering

Technical Skills

• Bridge Engineering Software

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
