Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics and execution of the moving processes.
• Implement best practices in managing client relocations.
• Monitor the status of shipments throughout the relocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process.
• Collect feedback from clients post-relocation to improve services.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
• Train and supervise junior staff involved in the relocation process.
• Facilitate pre-move consultations with clients for optimal planning.
• Coordinate schedules with transport teams for timely deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or related field
• Higher qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years experience managing relocations.

Technical Skills
