Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Sales Executive who possesses a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients, while contributing to the overall success of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings to identify and address their requirements.
  • Create bespoke proposals tailored to client specifications.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Engage in strategic planning with the sales team to drive performance.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor client relationships and sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Engage in ongoing training to further develop sales skills.
  • Report on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Advanced sales training is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a successful track record
