Job Description

We seek an HR Generalist with a full understanding of HR practices and labor laws. As part of our team in Port Elizabeth, you will play a vital role in employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist in developing training programs and orientation for new hires.
  • Oversee employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
  • Maintain employee records and compliance with labor laws.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance management and support employee development.
  • Participate in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee exit processes including interviews.
  • Support diversity and inclusion programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or related field
