We seek an HR Generalist with a full understanding of HR practices and labor laws. As part of our team in Port Elizabeth, you will play a vital role in employee engagement and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Assist in developing training programs and orientation for new hires.
Oversee employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
Maintain employee records and compliance with labor laws.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct performance management and support employee development.
Participate in payroll and benefits administration.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Manage employee exit processes including interviews.
Support diversity and inclusion programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous
Experience
3+ years of experience in human resources or related field
