Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria! In this role, you will oversee various HR functions including performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. Your expertise will help shape a productive workforce and enhance our organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Handle employee grievances and performance issues.
  • Monitor compliance with HR-related legislation and policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Participate in budgeting for HR initiatives and programs.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Monitor employee engagement surveys and implement improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
