Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead our security team and ensure the safety of our personnel and assets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in security protocols, risk management, and incident response strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead security investigations and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
• Assess the effectiveness of current security technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams on cybersecurity measures.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management.
• Act as a liaison between the security department and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Master's in Security Management is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in security operations and management

Certifications
