Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues within our company. Your role will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT systems along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Support the configuration of user accounts and permissions for new staff.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on IT systems and protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols across the organization.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on all IT hardware.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain user manuals.
  • Work with external vendors to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for systems upgrades and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and regulations.
  • Participate in emergency support scenarios as required.

Requirements

Education
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
