Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team in Cape Town. You will analyze financial data, provide insights to support decision-making, and help shape strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates should be able to interpret complex financial information and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Create and present reports to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and goals.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand discrepancies.
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in finance or related position

Advantageous

• Experience in a corporate finance role: Direct experience in financial consulting or corporate finance.
• Fluency in an additional language: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans or Xhosa is advantageous.
