Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our innovative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and the ability to manage various phases of architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs in line with client requirements.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to create technical drawings.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
• Prepare and submit detailed project proposals and reports.
• Deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in architecture with a portfolio of completed projects

Technical Skills

• BIM Software

Certifications

• Building Designer Certification
• Sustainable Architecture Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
