Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality management and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to relay important updates and gather feedback.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to enhance the dining experience.
  • Oversee daily cash handling and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Manage relationships with local businesses and community to drive engagement.
  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in restaurant management or similar role
