Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct construction projects from start to finish.
• Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and liaising with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and establish contingency plans.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project phases.
• Manage project teams to optimize performance and productivity.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 7+ years managing construction projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
