We are looking for a Compacting Machine Tender who will be responsible for operating and maintaining the compacting machine. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Run production schedules and adjust machine settings as required.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management related to machine operation.
• Contribute feedback for process improvements and machine upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Technical certification in machinery operation or production management is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience operating compacting machines is a plus.
