UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and a flair for creating engaging, intuitive user interfaces. You'll be responsible for driving user research, conducting usability tests, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visually represent user interactions.
• Work collaboratively with developers to implement and test design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and user-centered design best practices.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced degree or certification in UX Design is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
