Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pulp Operator to join our production team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining pulp production equipment, ensuring optimal operation and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery operates efficiently and effectively throughout the production shift.
• Conduct mechanical adjustments as required based on production needs.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss safety and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the pulp production industry

Languages

• English: Fluent
