Production Worker - Bisque Brusher

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Bisque Brusher to join our production team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying glaze to bisqueware and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Apply glaze to bisqueware accurately using various techniques.
• Monitor the quality of glaze application to meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily goals.
• Regularly inspect and maintain equipment used for glaze application.
• Document production activities and inventory of materials.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues during the glazing process.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in pottery or ceramics are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bisque Brusher or similar role is preferred
