Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Durban facility. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead a team of warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Plan and oversee the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or management

• English: Fluent
