Engraving Finisher

Job Description

As an Engraving Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of production, ensuring that each engraved product meets the highest standards of quality. Your expertise with various engraving techniques and materials will be invaluable as you inspect, clean, and polish products, preparing them for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of all engraved products to guarantee standards.
• Implement corrective actions for any discrepancies in engraving quality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to improve production processes.
• Manage material stocks and report requirements to the supervisor.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the workshop.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Support the engraving team by providing feedback on product designs.
• Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products for shipment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Relevant technical diploma in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or engraving role

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Laser Engraving

• Problem-Solving

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machines: Proficient in operating CNC machines for precision engraving tasks.
