We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator to oversee our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and improve patient services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between medical staff and patients.
• Analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise staff schedules and workload to ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in strategic planning and development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external health agencies and vendors.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance healthcare services.
• Review and update healthcare policies and procedures regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management
• Master's degree in Business or Healthcare is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
