Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven IT Support Technician to assist our team in managing and resolving IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT systems and be able to deliver exceptional service to our users, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support users with remote access and connectivity issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Escalate major incidents to senior IT staff.
  • Evaluate new technology for potential use in the organization.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT supplies.
  • Engage with vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
