Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on business transactions, conducting due diligence, and assessing investment opportunities. Your work will include extensive financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to project future earnings.
• Support senior bankers with client communication and report generation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
• Track industry news and perform competitor analysis to aid strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the execution of complex financial transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of Investment Banking experience preferred

Certifications

• CFA Level 1

Languages
