Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff and clients in person and remotely.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as they arise.
Assist in implementing IT projects and initiatives.
Participate in training sessions for new systems or upgrades.
Compile and maintain documentation for IT processes and systems.
Improve IT support processes based on user feedback.
Requirements
Education

4+ years of professional IT support experience
