Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-class technical assistance to our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical problems promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff and clients in person and remotely.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as they arise.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions for new systems or upgrades.
  • Compile and maintain documentation for IT processes and systems.
  • Improve IT support processes based on user feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft)
Experience
  • 4+ years of professional IT support experience

Certifications
