We are looking for a skilled Butter Liquefier to join our team and oversee the melting and liquefying of butter for our products. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and experience in food production.
Responsibilities
Operate and optimize melting equipment for butter liquefaction.
Conduct quality control tests to verify butter specifications.
Document production data and maintain records as required.
Assist in training new staff on butter liquefying processes.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to management.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
Take part in safety inspections and audits.
Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
Contribute to the development of new butter products.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Food Safety certification preferred
Experience
3+ years in food production or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills
Experience with production equipment

Languages
