Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to discuss design requirements and expectations.
• Utilize design software to create visual representations of design ideas.
• Plan and manage timelines and budgets for each project.
• Source and select the appropriate materials and finishes.
• Liaise with contractors and construction teams to ensure work aligns with designs.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Create presentations for client pitches that capture their vision.
• Stay abreast of industry changes and updates.
• Assist clients with furniture selection and styling.
• Document and manage procurement processes for artworks and furniture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Further certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the interior design industry

Technical Skills

• Floor Planning
• Color Theory

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
