Job Description

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. A successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are also essential to ensure the hotel's financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all hotel operations, including rooms, food and beverage, and sales.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in line with brand expectations.
  • Conduct performance reviews for department heads and key staff.
  • Develop and implement emergency plans in case of incidents.
  • Drive innovative marketing strategies to increase hotel visibility.
  • Coordinate with local agencies and tourism boards to promote the hotel.
  • Manage and resolve operational issues proactively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPM)
Experience
  • 5+ years leading a hotel or similar establishment
