Responsibilities

  • Create innovative architectural designs that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present architectural designs using CAD software.
  • Research and implement sustainable design practices.
  • Coordinate with engineers and design team members.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and materials submittals.
  • Prepare contracts and agreements for construction.
  • Monitor project budget and timeline to ensure successful delivery.
  • Respond to design-related inquiries during construction.
  • Update clients on project status and changes.
  • Facilitate problem-solving during project execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Certifications
  • Registered Architect
  • LEED Accredited Professional
Languages
  • English: Fluent
