Job Description

We are in search of a Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting all stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project work plans and timelines, adjusting as needed.
  • Direct and coordinate various project activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts proactively to maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders during project execution.
  • Create risk management strategies and ensure contingency plans are in place.
  • Support project team through mentoring and training opportunities.
  • Promote best practices in project management within the team.
  • Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on project progress to upper management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience preferred
