Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's in Structural Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a structural engineering role

Technical Skills

• ETABS
• STAAD Pro
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Software proficiency in BIM: Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project management.
• Experience with project management software: Familiarity with tools like MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
