Job Description

As a Home Health Aide, you will play an integral role in delivering personalized health care services to our clients. You will assist with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the familiar surroundings of their homes. This position requires a compassionate approach, keen observations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care that respects client privacy and dignity.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Help clients adhere to prescribed health regimens.
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs and health status.
• Provide support in managing chronic conditions.
• Follow emergency protocols in case of health crises.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Health Qualification (advantageous)

Experience

• Experience in elderly care or disability support preferred

Languages
