Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, with a proven record of driving sales and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support children's emotional and social development through interactive play.
• Organize group activities and outings to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high-quality care.
• Respond to children's needs and concerns promptly.
• Help establish routines and enforce rules with consistency.
• Evaluate and adapt activities based on children's interests.

Requirements

Education

• NQF Level 4 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Development
• Degree in Early Childhood Education is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar childcare environment

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification
