Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and logistics while ensuring that safety and efficiency standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of store management including sales, customer service, and staff performance.
  • Cultivate a positive store environment that reflects the company values.
  • Manage financial transactions and prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure that stock levels are maintained and inventory is accurately recorded.
  • Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Champion team-building efforts to enhance cooperation and morale.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
