Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Inspector to oversee property preservation and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and safety codes. The successful candidate will be adept at conducting inspections, coordinating with contractors, and managing maintenance budgets to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular inspections to assure environmental compliance.
• Create and implement processes for property maintenance and preservation.
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Manage budgets and track expenses related to property maintenance.
• Compile compliance reports for regulatory agencies.
• Educate staff and contractors on compliance issues related to property management.
• Enforce safety codes and property standards across all locations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in property management or environmental compliance.

• Green Building Council Certification (GBCC)
