Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to manage our inventory operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, optimizing inventory processes, and leading a team to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Lead a team of inventory associates, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement technology solutions to automate inventory tracking and reporting.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the warehouse.
• Participate in strategic planning for inventory management and logistics.
• Prepare monthly inventory performance metrics for review.

Requirements

Education

• Equivalent experience may substitute for degree

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in inventory supervision and logistics
