We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations in Centurion. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. With a focus on team management and operational excellence, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Lead training and development initiatives for staff.
• Review and address any discrepancies in inventory.
• Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Logistics or Supply Chain Management Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management/Supervision

Technical Skills

• Health and Safety Standards
• Team Management Software

• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing: Experience applying lean principles in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with ISO Standards: Familiarity with ISO certification processes.
