Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with development teams to implement testing strategies and improve product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all software releases meet established quality criteria before launch.
• Participate in daily scrums and provide updates on testing progress.
• Create comprehensive documentation for test procedures and results.
• Utilize modern testing tools and methodologies for effective quality assurance.
• Report on key performance metrics related to product quality.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Relevant certification in Quality Assurance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles

• Performance Testing
• API Testing

Certifications

• Quality Assurance Certified Professional
• Google Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Docker: Understanding of containerization for testing environments.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD): Experience in defining test cases using BDD methodologies.
