Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage warehouse staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and implement efficient logistics processes to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Report on warehouse performance metrics to upper management.
• Negotiate with service providers for warehouse services.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
• Participate in recruitment and staff performance reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
