UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at our Cape Town office, you'll have the opportunity to shape user experiences for our diverse clientele. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define and document user personas based on research findings.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Create user flows and journey maps to visualize user experiences.
• Evaluate existing designs and propose enhancements.
• Contribute to team discussions about improving workflows and processes.
• Assist in designing marketing materials that align with brand strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, HCI or a related field
• A Master's degree in related fields is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing your work

Technical Skills

• Design Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile processes and working in sprints.
