We are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineer in Cape Town who will design and implement innovative chemical solutions. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, developing process models, and collaborating with production teams to ensure maximum yield and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects focused on energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Advise on the use of chemical products and processes to minimize environmental impact.
• Participate in audits and inspections to maintain certification standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering
