Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive project initiatives in Cape Town. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
• Track project performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between project teams and external partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management delivering successful projects

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• PMI-ACP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
