We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in environmental regulations, impact assessments, and sustainable practices, playing a key role in helping our clients meet compliance standards and promote environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sustainable practices and regulatory compliance.
• Assess and mitigate environmental risks for diverse projects.
• Prepare and submit environmental permit applications.
• Research and analyze environmental data to inform project decisions.
• Create educational materials and conduct workshops for clients.
• Participate in public consultations and community engagement initiatives.
• Develop environmental management plans.
• Support project teams in integrating sustainability into designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting or related field
