Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
  • Analyze financial statements and take necessary actions.
  • Ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs.
  • Promote hotel services and local attractions.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Drive sales and increase revenue through upselling.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Engage in continual improvement of hotel processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
