Job Description

We are seeking a creative and organized Event Program Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing events from conception through to delivery, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise various events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully.
• Manage logistics including catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality events.
• Monitor event timelines and troubleshoot any issues that arise in real-time.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure venues meet event needs.
• Keep up to date with industry trends to bring innovative ideas to events.
• Assist in recruitment and training of event staff and volunteers.
• Engage in customer service and support, providing assistance during events.
• Document event processes and create standard operating procedures.
• Participate in networking events to amplify company presence in the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Professional event planning certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive event management experience
