Job Description

As a Retail Floor Supervisor in Cape Town, you will oversee daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring optimal customer service and team performance. You will be responsible for training staff, managing stock, and achieving sales targets. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in creating a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team dynamics by fostering a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the retail environment.
  • Evaluate sales performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Conduct end-of-day reconciliation and reporting.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through engaging shopping experiences.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff to communicate company objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or supervisory roles
