Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the seamless running of our Cape Town facility. This position requires an individual who can effectively manage healthcare processes, maintain high standards of patient care, and liaise between departments to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure effective patient flow.
  • Schedule and oversee administrative staff assignments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data compliance.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures that enhance healthcare services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
