Job Description

We are in search of a Corporate Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Sandton. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development, enabling the company to achieve its financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Develop and track key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities across departments.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and potential returns.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
• Create and update financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present analyses to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• CIMA or similar qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment analysis

Certifications

• CIMA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of IFRS standards: Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards is a plus.
