We're seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in risk assessment and cyber defense strategies, ensuring the safety of our systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead security audits and update cybersecurity policies as necessary.
• Assess the potential impacts of new technologies on security.
• Participate in threat intelligence sharing with other organizations.
• Implement best practices for data protection and encryption.
• Provide support during security investigations and compliance assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in security operations
