• Assist with training and orientation of new nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing Science
• Postgraduate diploma in critical care is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years clinical experience in a healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Wound Care

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Fluency in Sign Language: Ability to communicate effectively with hearing-impaired patients.
• Experience in Mental Health Nursing: Experience providing care for patients with mental health issues.
