Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for technical assistance and support. You'll manage troubleshooting efforts, assist users in resolving technical issues, and deliver outstanding service to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across devices.
  • Ensure all IT incidents are logged in the helpdesk system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and user experience.
  • Contribute to user training sessions and documentation efforts.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in providing technical support
