Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will be expected to deliver patient-centered care, manage patient records, and support family members. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, collaborative, and committed to the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and in accordance with hospital policies.
• Manage patient flow and assist in coordinating care between departments.
• Utilize electronic health records efficiently to track patient information.
• Identify patient care issues and initiate appropriate actions.
• Engage in patient education regarding medication management and disease prevention.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and advocate for patient rights.
• Assist in supervising junior nursing staff and nursing students.
• Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification

Experience

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

• Patient Assessment

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
