Join our Pretoria team as a Site Reliability Engineer, where your expertise will help us strengthen our cloud infrastructure and develop robust monitoring solutions to preemptively address potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system stability by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents efficiently.
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in on-call duties to support production issues as they arise.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related roles

Languages
