Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, from procurement to delivery.
  • Enhance supply chain processes through innovative solutions.
  • Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers to secure the best terms.
  • Ensure effective communication within the supply chain team and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to inform supply chain strategies.
  • Train and mentor the supply chain team on best practices.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the supply chain sector
